4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (processors) to run this site and our sales process, including:

• Formspree — form delivery for demo and related enquiries.
• Google Cloud / Firebase — storing inbound leads for our sales CRM workflow.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse protection on forms (where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices).
• Google Fonts — loading website fonts after you allow functional cookies (your browser requests fonts from Google’s servers).
• OpenAI — processing chatbot messages to generate replies.
• Email / infrastructure providers — to send and receive business email.
• Analytics providers — only if you consent to analytics cookies (when enabled).

These providers only process data as needed to provide their services to us.

5. International transfers

Some providers (for example Formspree, Google and OpenAI) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, and provider compliance programmes where applicable.

6. How long we keep data

• Sales enquiries and trial leads — typically up to 24 months after last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless we need to keep them longer for legal claims or accounting.
• Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, then suppressed as needed to honour that choice.
• Chat logs — retained only as needed for support and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymised.
• Security / technical logs — short periods appropriate to security and operations.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Erase your data (in certain circumstances)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive a copy of data you provided (portability), where applicable
